Article 4 Fares and Fees
Fares apply only for carriage from the airport at the point of origin to the airport at the point of destination. Fares do not include ground transport service between airports and between airports and town centers.
4.2 Applicable Fare
Applicable fares for carriage are published by Tianjin Airlines or those on behalf of Tianjin Airlines or, if not so published, constructed in accordance with Tianjin Airlines ’ Regulations. Except where it is otherwise expressly provided, the applicable fare is the fare for the flight or flights in effect on the date of commencement of the carriage covered by the first flight coupon of the ticket. If the itinerary or the date of travel changes after the passenger purchases the ticket, the difference shall be paid by the passenger, or, except where it is otherwise expressly provided, refunded by Tianjin Airlines , in accordance with Tianjin Airlines ’ Regulations.
Fares apply only to routing published in connection therewith. If there is more than one routing at the same fare, the passenger may specify the routing prior to issue of the ticket. If no routing is specified, it is up to Tianjin Airlines to provide routing for the passenger to select and confirm.
4.4 Taxes and Charges
Any tax or charge imposed by a government or other relevant authority, or by the operator of an airport, in respect of a passenger or the use by a passenger of any services or facilities will be in addition to the published fares and charges and shall be payable by the passenger. It is up to Tianjin Airlines to collect the payment. When the passenger purchases tickets, Tianjin Airlines will inform of the specific taxes and charges not included in the ticket price.
Except where otherwise provided, passengers should pay fares and charges in the currency of the place of issuance of the ticket. When payment is made in a currency other than the currency in which the fare is published, such payment will be made at the rate of exchange displayed after calculation on the information system.
